Florida laws provide that a DUI (or DWI) conviction remains on a driver's permanent record and on driving history for 75 years

It is not clearly defined how long accidents or tickets might remain on a driving record; some sources indicate that to be ten years.  Undoubtedly, such things might be subject to severity and circumstances.
