How long does an Accident, DUI or Ticket stay on my driving record in Minnesota?

Answer:
Do you live in Minnesota?  Or, perhaps you are
planning to relocate there?  If so, you might want to know some things about the Minnesota driving records, and what impact traffic violations and convictions might have on those records.

The Minnesota Department of Public Safety maintains Minnesota driving records.  However, it is not clear exactly how long accidents, DUI, tickets or other traffic violations or convictions remain on record.

Most states keep serious traffic convictions like DUI on the driving record for ten years or more.  Other, less serious convictions, are typically kept on the driving record for three years or more.
