You might want to know a little about the Iowa Lemon Laws...just in case you ever need to use them there.

The Iowa Lemon Laws are described as:
Iowa Lemon Law
Chapter 322G.1-15IC 24-5-13

Iowa Lemon Laws cover consumers against damages resulting from claims that a motor vehicle is out of compliance with express manufacturer warranties.

Certain restrictions apply, and certain processes must be followed in order to be covered under the Lemon Laws.  In Iowa, consumers must notify the vehicle manufacturer via certified, registered or overnight mail and must allow the manufacturer an opportunity to correct claimed non-compliance, even after multiple attempts by dealer or authorized repair facility.

Iowa Lemon Laws do not clearly specify whether the laws only cover new vehicles, although there are a few references to "new" vehicles in some of the definitions in the Statute.
