Answer:
Louisiana...home to Mardi Gras and Cajun recipes
and the only state which is divided into Parishes, rather than Counties.  Louisiana Lemon Laws are described as:
Louisiana Lemon Law
Revised Statutes 51:1941-1948

Louisiana Lemon Laws protect consumers against damages due to  new motor vehicles not complying with manufacturers' express warranties, providing the consumer makes official complaint within the warranty period or one year, whichever comes first.

Manufacturers must be allowed to attempt repairs and corrections to bring an alleged non-compliant vehicle into compliance with warranties before they are required to replace a vehicle or refund money.

Louisiana Lemon Laws also requires clear identification of any vehicle which is resold after being returned to a manufacturer due to it not being brought into compliance within time constraints.

Purchasers of such vehicles must be given a written statement of vehicle status with the following wording (
must also appear on the vehicle's revised Title):

"IMPORTANT: THIS VEHICLE WAS RETURNED TO THE MANUFACTURER OR DEALER BECAUSE IT DID NOT CONFORM TO ITS WARRANTY AND THE DEFECT OR CONDITION WAS NOT FIXED WITHIN THE TIME PROVIDED BY LOUISIANA LAW."

Louisiana Lemon Laws do not cover used motor vehicles.
