Answer:
If you are planning to move to Montana, or "big sky country", Described as: Montana Lemon Law Title 61,Chapter 4, Part 5 The Montana Lemon Laws, like most state Lemon Laws, provide a means of recourse for consumers who purchase new motor vehicles that turn out to be defective under warranty terms. Consumers must file official notification of alleged non-compliance within the manufacturer's express warranty period in order to comply with the Montana Lemon Laws. Under the Montana Lemon Laws, manufacturers must clearly and conspicuously inform consumers, as part of warranty details or owner's manual verbiage, of their responsibility to notify the manufacturer in writing of alleged non-conformity in order to qualify for replacement or refunds. Manufacturers must also include with this the name and address for where notification must be sent. Consumers must allow a reasonable number of attempts to be made to repair non-conformities, prior to manufacturers having to replace the vehicle or refund purchase monies. Trackback(0)
