The New Hampshire Lemon Laws require consumers to make official notification of alleged vehicle non-conformity to the manufacturers or authorized dealers within the manufacturer's express warranty period.

Consumers are expected to allow manufacturers to make a reasonable number of attempts to repair any non-conformity before manufacturers are required to replace the vehicle or refund any purchase monies.

New Hampshire, like many states, has a "new motor vehicle Arbitration Board" established to assist with holding hearings and otherwise working to help resolve Lemon Law issues.
