Answer:
Tennessee, home to Nashville, Country Music capital
of America.   Tennessee Lemon Laws protect consumers against damages resulting from new motor vehicles  not conforming to manufacturer's express warranties.

Described as:
Tennessee Lemon Law Statutes
Chapter 24, Motor Vehicle Warranties

Tennessee Lemon Laws require consumers to file official complaints of new motor vehicle non-conformity within the period covered by the manufacturer's express warranty or one year, whichever comes first.

As is commonly included in state Lemon Laws, Tennessee Lemon Laws require that a reasonable number of attempts to repair non-conformities must be allowed by consumers before manufacturers must replace the vehicle or refund any purchase monies.

If the non-conforming vehicle is out of service for 30 or more days, or if the same non-conformity has been repaired three or more times by the manufacturer or approved agent during the time of protection, the "reasonable number of attempts" intent will be deemed as being met under Tennessee Lemon Laws.
