How can I renew my Ohio Drivers License?

Answer:
Your Ohio license, provided you are over 21, will
be good for four years. The expiration date will be your birthday.

You can renew any time before the expiration date, but doing so before 90 days will cause your license to expire in three years, rather than four.

If you are under 21 your license will expire on your 21st birthday, and you can renew within 30 days of your birthday.

To renew, no matter what your age, you will need to visit the Bureau of Motor Vehicles office in your area. You will be asked to submit to a vision screening. The cost to renew your license is $24.
