How can I renew my Oregon Drivers License?

Answer:
Two months before your driver’s license expires,
you will be sent a postcard in the mail from the DMV. You will need to bring this document and one other form of ID, such as your expiring license, to the DMV location nearest you.

If you lose the postcard you can substitute another approved form of ID. All renewals must happen in person, unless you are out of state. You will have to prove your address if it has changed.

All drivers who are 50 or older must take another vision test. The renewal fee is $34.50. If you need to make arrangements to renew while living out of state, you will need to call the DMV at 503-945-5400.
