To transfer a title and register a vehicle in the state of Arizona,
you will need the following documents:

· Signed and notarized title

· Filled in title application

· Lien release if there is one of the vehicle

· Power of attorney (if necessary)

The fee for a title is $4, and the fee for registration is $8.

If the vehicle is out of state and you are registering it in Phoenix or Tucson, you will also need to fill in the emission compliance form. Any out of state vehicles will have to have a Level I vehicle inspection as well. You will also have to pay a license tax that is based on how much the vehicle is worth.
