The fee to register a vehicle ranges between $27.60 and $45.60 depending on the vehicle’s weight. Also, you will pay $31.25 for the title on a new vehicle.

If you are transferring a title from someone who lived in Florida, the fee is $29.25. The fee for out of state title transfers is $33.25. You will also have to pay 6% sales tax on the purchase price of the vehicle when you apply for the title it.
