What are the Kansas Drivers License Requirements?

Answer:
There are three tests required for
a Kansas driver’s license, including the following:

· Written test

· Vision test

· Driving test

The fee for a Kansas driver’s license is between $12 and $24. Also, there is a $3 exam fee and a $4 photo fee for anyone getting a license in Kansas.

Teens can get an instruction permit once they turn 14, provided they have parental consent. They must hold the permit for six months and complete a driver’s education program before applying for a restricted driver’s license, which is available for those between 15 and 16.

The non-restricted license is available at 16. Also, anyone applying for the restricted or non-restricted licenses must show an affidavit proving that they have had 50 hours of adult-supervised driving, with 10 hours of night driving. Those over 18 do not have to have the affidavit.

Applicants must prove their residency, age, and identity with proper documentation when applying for their license.
