Mississippi requires all drivers’s to pass three · Written test · Vision test · Road test The fee for a driver’s license is $20, unless the driver is under 18 when the fee is $5. Applicants must bring a proof of residency, Social Security card, and a certified birth certificate when applying for their driver’s license. Teens who are under 18 must also bring a Certificate of Attendance from their schools. Teens can apply for a learner’s permit when they are 15, or when they are 14 if they are enrolled in a driver’s education course.
