What are the New Hampshire Drivers License Requirements?

The state of New Hampshire requires its drivers to

pass three tests, which are as follows:

· Eye exam

· Written knowledge test

· Road skills test

The fee for a New Hampshire driver’s license is $50.

Those applying for a New Hampshire license need to bring two forms of ID with them on the day they plan to take the test. Teens must also have parental approval, a Driver Education Certificate, and a driver education log sheet.

All teen drivers must complete driver’s education before applying for a license. The learner’s permit is available at age 15 ½, and the license is available at age 16. In addition to the driver’s education training, all teens must drive for at least 20 hours with an adult before applying for their licenses.
