What is a Class F Driver’s License? |
|
Answer:
Many states require a Class F license to transport passengers for a fee. Applicants must be at least 18 or 21 years of age depending on the state and have held a valid license for a certain period time, usually from two to four years. The issuing state will perform a criminal and/or traffic offense background check, and may require a medical assessment of the driver. Note that a Class F license does not take the place of a taxi permit. Taxicab drivers must obtain a separate operating permit from local authorities. Trackback(0)
