Where can I get a Connecticut Driving Record?

Answer:
To obtain a copy of your Connecticut driving record,

you must first request the driving history request form. To do this, visit http://www.ct.gov/ . Once you request the form, it will be mailed to you. You will need to send the following documents in your request:

· Completed request form

· Check or money order for $20

· Two forms of ID (copies)

Mail all of this information to:

Department of Motor Vehicles Copy Records Unit
60 State Street
Wethersfield, CT 06161.

If you are requesting someone else’s record, you will still need to two forms of ID from the individual whose record you are requesting. If you are requesting your own record, you can do so in person at any full service DMV location.
