Where can I get a copy of a Florida Driving Record?

Answer:
To obtain a Florida driving record, you will

need to make the request to the Division of Driver Licenses in writing. Be sure to include the following information:

            Individual’s full legal name

            Birthday

            Social Security number

      Driver license number

        Address (where record should be sent)

If you simply want a three-year uncertified Florida driving record, you will pay $2.10. If you want a full or certified record, you will pay $3.10. Mail all of the information to:

            Bureau of Records

            P.O. Box 5775

            Tallahassee, FL 32314

If you need the record quickly, mail it overnight to:

            Bureau of Records

            2900 Apalachee Parkway, MS 90

            Tallahassee, FL 32399

Anyone with access to your Social Security number and driver’s license number can request the record, if they have an appropriate reason. Insurance companies and courts will often request this information.
