Where can I get a Delaware Driving Record?

Answer:
To request a Delaware driving record, you will
need the form at this link: http://www.dmv.de.gov/ . Simply fill in the form completely. It will need to be signed by the individual whose driving record is being requested, the person making the request, and a Notary Public.

If you are requesting your own record, sign it in both places.

Mail the form with a check or money order for $15 to:

Division of Motor Vehicles
ATTN: Driver License Administration
P.O. Box 698
Dover, DE 19903

You can also visit the DMV office in person to request the driving record. Use caution when releasing your driving record, because it contains important personal information, such as your Social Security number.
