You can order a copy of your own Massachusetts driving record There are two numbers you can call to request over the phone, depending on what your area code is. Those who are in 339, 617, 781, or 857 area codes or are calling from out of state need to call 617-351-4500. Anyone else will call 1-800-858-3926. The call center is open on weekdays from 9 until 5. You will need to pay the $15 fee via credit card. To order by mail, you can send a check or money order made out to the Registry of Motor Vehicles along with a request for the driving record to: Mail Listings Registry of Motor Vehicles Driver Control Unit P.O. Box 55896 Boston, MA 02205 Be sure to include your driver’s license number, birthday, and full name in the request. Also, indicate where you would like to have the record sent.
