Where can I get a Michigan Driving Record?

Answer:
You can order a copy of your own Michigan driving record
in person at the Secretary of State PLUS office or SUPER!Center in your area. Simply show your driver’s license and pay $8 to receive a certified copy. You will be given your driver’s license at the time of your visit.

You can also make the request by mail. To do so, download the record request form from http://www.michigan.gov/ and fill it in completely.

Mail the form with a check or money order for $8 to:

Record Lookup Unit at the Secondary Complex
7064 Crowner Drive
Lansing, MI 48918

You can also use your credit card when ordering by mail as directed on the form.

The third way you can request your record is over the phone. Call (517) 322-1624. You will have to pay by credit card, and the record will be sent to the address on record with the state. If you need it sent to another address, you may not order over the phone. You can request someone else’s record with the same process, providing you have legal reason to do so.
