Where can I get a North Dakota Driving Record?

Answer:
To make a request for your own driving record,
you will need to download the Request for Driver Abstract form from http://www.dot.nd.gov/ .

Complete the form and mail it with a check for $3 to:

Drivers License and Traffic Safety
608 E. Boulevard Avenue
Bismarck, ND 58505

If a three year, non-certified copy is sufficient, you can print one online from https://secure.apps.state.nd.us/ The cost is still $3, but you will have to print the document at home, rather than waiting for it to arrive in the mail.

Only those with a permissible reason to do so may access the driving records of other people. Examples of permissible reasons would be employment verification or insurance underwriting.
