Where can I get a Texas Driving Record?

To order a copy of your driving record, you
need to visit this website . Follow the instructions on the page to make the request.


You can order a certified or non-certified copy online. The fees for the driving record are between $.50 and $2 more expensive when ordered online.

You can also request the copy of your driving record through the mail.

First, download the DR-1 Request Form from http://www.txdps.state.tx.us/ftp/forms/dr-1.pdf . Fill it out completely and sent it with a check or money order for the fee to:

The fees for these records are as follows:

· 3-year History Record - $6

· Certified 3-year History Record - $10

If someone else is requesting your driving record, they can do so provided you sign the information release authorization box on the DR-1 Request Form.
