Where can I get a Washington Driving Record?

Answer:
If you need a copy of your driving record, you

will need to download the Driving Record Request form from http://www.dol.wa.gov/forms/511009.pdf .

Complete this form in its entirety and mail it to:

Department of Licensing
Driver Record Section
P.O. Box 9048
Olympia, WA 98507

You may be able to request someone else’s driving record if you have a valid reason to do so. Employers, government agencies, school districts, and insurance companies are considered entities that have a valid reason for requesting the driving records of some individuals.

Regardless of whether you are requesting your own record or someone else’s, you will need to pay $10 per record that you are requesting.
