Where can I get an Alabama Driving Record?

To get a copy of an Alabama driving record,

you can either request it through the mail or in person at a Driver License Office in one of the following cities:

· Birmingham

· Dothan

· Foley

· Huntsville

· Jacksonville

· Mobile

· Montgomery

· Opelika

· Sheffield

· Tuscaloosa

Simply download the form and fill it in completely. One form is for individuals requesting their own driving records, and the other is for third parties, such as employers, who are requesting driving records for someone else.

Mail it along with a self-addressed, stamped envelope to:

You will need to send $5.75 as well to cover the fee for the driving record.
